- No purchase necessary to receive a free sleep mask.
- Winners will be selected at random and must successfully opt-in to receive free periodic updates and sleep tips from Sleep.com.
- To be eligible for the Sleep Mask Giveaway you must completely fill out the sign up form and include your physical, non PO-Box US mailing address for the sleep mask to be shipped to you if you are selected.
- Mailing address required for shipping purposes only, we respect your privacy and will not sell or rent any of the information you provide, nor will Sleep.com deliver physical mail other than the Sleep mask if selected.
- Sleep Mask Giveaway begins Wednesday April 13th and ends Tuesday May 31st at 11:59pm EST.
- Limit of one (1) sleep mask per household.
