It stated: "FSA summary above includes items (and tax) that may be eligiable for plan reimbursement. Restriction may apply." So, the $0.88 that I spent may be reimbursed? That would be cool! I'll have to ask about that little note next time I go into CVS. I would love to get it back, well because as you know, I can score a lot with $0.88. :)

How To: Clearing Facebook Apps -> Two Ways To Get There

This "How To" is for those of you with a Facebook.com account. IF you don't have an account, then you can just skip right over this post.

Everytime you "give access" to a application on Facebook, you are allowing the company access to [certain] information on your account. To stop them from accessing your info, follow this easy steps.

Method #1->A Thrifty Mom

1. Login to your account; then at the top right hand corner, you will three options:

Home ~ Profile ~ Account

Select the "account" option.

2. Go down to "Application Settings"; it should be the fifth one down.

3. Now you will see a list of companies that you have given access to in the past

4. All you have to do now is click the X for which ever ones you no longer wish to give access to

Method #2 -> How I Did It/No Application Settings Option

1. Login to your account; then at the top right hand corner, you will see three options:

Home ~ Profile ~ Account

Select the "account" option

2. Now go down and select the "Privacy Settings" option; it should be the third on down.

3. After the page opens, scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see three options. Click the first one titled "Applications and Websites"

4. Once clicked, you will be redirected to page where you can edit different settings. Choose the top option "Application You Use"

5. Now you can click the X next to which ever ones you no longer wish to give access to

For some reason my Google Reader decide (without my permission) to delete ALL of the blogs I follow! So now instead of 80+ blogs, it was downsized to 20.

So now I have to try to check all of my resources to figure out which blogs I was follow.

GRRRRRRRRRRRR.

How does that even happen?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Well now instead of posting all day long, I have to find all the blogs again. I maight not post for a while because this has really upset me. All my hard work, just gone. Just Freakin GONE!

I know I haven't posted an shopping trips in a while, but I haven't really been shopping that much lately. I'm way behind on couponing, and I'm still getting sick quite often. But I did manage to make it out to Walgreens last night. (Well okay, it was techincally 1:22 AM this morning.) And I though I ought to share my trip with my readers! My stores will NOT allow the use of a manufacturer coupon [i.e. insert] with a Walgreens booklet coupon. The coupons in the store booklets ARE  manufacturer coupons, so it is forbidden. Has anyone else ran into that problem? Anyways, tell me what you think on my trip!

It seems there has been a mistake at every single one of your location, where employee's have been stocking the shelves early. After Halloween (that's at the ends of October) is Thanksgiving (which is celebrated in November), THEN Christmas (which is at the very end of December).

Pamper Email Alert: Another HOT Snail Mail Coupon



Do you remember that HOT coupon for a FREE tub of Pampers Kandoo wipes from about a month ago? Well only the first 10,000 received the FREE coupon, all others received a -$1.00 coupon. Pampers emailed me today and here's pretty much the entire email:

Last month Pampers Kandoo sent an email to approximately 10,000 consumer who had previously registered on our website offering a coupon for a Free Pampers Kandoo Wipes Tub to the first 10,000 who responded. This message spread quickly around the internet and the response was overwhelming. We mailed free tub coupons to the first 10,000 respondents and $1.00 off coupons to the thousands of other parents who responded to the offer.

We were recently made aware that some parents who were not in the first 10,000 received a message in error that indicated they would be receiving the free tub coupon. They were obviously disappointed to receive the $1.00 off coupon with no explanation. We apologize for this mistake and any frustration it has caused.

In response to this mistake, we will be sending each of you a Special Offer coupon this week for $1.50 off any Pampers Kandoo product. We appreciate your loyalty and your feedback.

I'm glad that they are taking this step to fix what I found to be a very minor issue. (To be honest, I didn't even realize until I received the email that it was "suppose" to be a FREE coupon.) I'll be sure to be on the look-out for this in my mailbox!

K-Mart Event Alert: Calling All Hot Wheels Collectors - Nov. 6th

I saw this in an email I received today and thought I'd share for those who may want to go.

Starting tomorrow November 6th, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. participating K-Mart locations will have a Hot Wheels collectors event. I couldn't find too much information on this event, but you should call your local K-Mart to see if they are participating.

• Print THIS Save -$0.75 on 1 can Clabber Girl Baking Powder coupon (use zip code 32601, it's on the second page to the left; you should be able to print this coupon 2x per computer)
• Pick up a Walgreens ad this Sunday (Make sure the in-ad coupon for $0.50 Clabber Girl baking powder is there)
• Now you can use the in-ad coupon first to knock the price down to $0.50, then use the -$0.75 coupon to get it for free (I don't believe you can get overage at Walgreens)

If the second coupon beeps, then the value of the coupon just needs to be adjusted down to the price of the product. Most cashiers already know this, though. Also there is a limit of four cans per in-ad coupon.
