Purchase $50.00 worth of the following P&G items: Olay, Venus, CoverGirl, Secret, Pantene, Herbal Essence, and/or Clairol products between 11.23.10 - 12.31.10. Complete and mail in THIS rebate form, along with the original dated sales receipt(s) with the [qualifying] products and prices circled.

Limit of one rebate per name, address, or envelope; must be a U.S. resident 18 years or older. Rebate must be post marked by 1.14.11
